Find Perspective with Mandala Therapy

I work with individuals in need of a safe and non-judgmental space where they can tell their story. Relief from anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and grief is possible. I do not view the client as a passive patient who sits there and is treated in the manner of a traditional doctor-patient situation. I also do not sit passively across from the client. I view therapy as a team effort building off of my client’s strengths. Sessions are both a place to explore feelings, thoughts, and behaviors as well as a place where clients can find support in identifying unhelpful patterns that keep them stuck in vicious cycles.
